Our client is looking for an End User Support Technician to deliver a reliable and responsive end user technology experience across the organisation.
You will resolve technology issues, support workplace platforms, and ensure staff can work and collaborate effectively.
This role is focused on service excellence, user productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Provide first and second-line IT support.
- Resolve incidents and service requests to SLA.
- Support devices, software, and collaboration tools.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and user access.
- Experience in IT or digital workplace support.
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of IT service and asset management processes.
- Understanding of device security and user access management.
