Senior User Experience Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead innovation and drive user-centric design in a competitive and evolving landscape. As a UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring they remain a trusted leader in the education space.

Senior User Experience Designer

Location:

London, 3 days per week onsite

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + 10% Bonus

Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in UX Research & Design or related roles.
• A relevant degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
• Expertise in conducting user research (e.g., A/B testing, usability studies) and designing prototypes with tools like Figma and Jira.
• A proven track record of integrating UX insights into product development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.

The role requires flexibility to work outside of UK core hours to accommodate time zones and may involve up to two overseas trips per year.
