SRLV is seeking an IT Modern Workplace Support Analyst to provide high-quality deskside and remote technical support. The role includes managing and enhancing the firm’s Microsoft endpoint environment, working with the Service Desk team, and supporting Microsoft Intune administration.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop issues, providing support for business applications, and maintaining accurate IT records. Ideal candidates will have over five years of IT support experience in a Microsoft environment and strong customer service skills.
