Michael Page are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to play a key role in the delivery of sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns.

A market leading media company with decades of heritage in the luxury sector.

Description

We're partnering with a market leading media business based in South London.

You will play a key role in the delivery of sophisticated B2B and B2C email marketing, newsletters and campaigns. You will implement, test and optimise for reach, open rates, clickthroughs and conversions.

Profile

  • Previous CRM and email marketing experience
  • Be based in South London (4 days a week onsite)
  • Experience briefing and supervising the design of marketing emails
  • Knowledge of email deliverability requirements and best practices
  • Some experience with marketing automation technologies
  • Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
  • A/B and multivariate testing experience across email
  • Exposure to Google Analytics and Data Studio for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Build reports and dashboards to help sales and marketing users get the right insight from Salesforce, including email performance reporting
  • Use performance data to identify customer needs, define new products and enhancements to existing products through improved segmentation and personalisation
  • Work with database and development teams to identify and implement CRM data improvements
  • Manage the Salesforce development roadmap and lead the relationship with our Salesforce implementation partner to supervise delivery of new features and enhancements
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including data hygiene and duplicate management
