Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Compensation: £90,000 - £110,000 + bonus + benefits

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead onboarding, activation, and identity verification journeys within a rapidly scaling fintech wallet product.

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience, including sign-up, identity verification (KYC), and early user activation. Your focus will be improving conversion, reducing drop-off, and accelerating user engagement across multiple markets.

This role is highly data-driven and central to the company's growth strategy as it expands across new geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Own onboarding and activation product journeys
Design and optimise KYC and identity verification flows
Improve conversion across sign-up to activation funnel
Identify and reduce user drop-off points
Drive improvements in early engagement and retention
Support product launches in new markets
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams

About You

5-6+ years Product Management experience in fintech
Strong ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth products
Experience with KYC / identity verification flows
Strong background in funnel analytics and conversion optimisation
Experience working on B2C mobile products at scale (500k+ users)
Analytical and data-driven decision maker
Experience in fintech scale-up or neo-bank environment
