Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide incident and request management across various end user devices. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring optimal functionality.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong proficiency in English, along with relevant experience in providing support for Windows and non-Windows environments. In addition, you will engage in asset management and support deployment of technological solutions.
