IT Manager

A prestigious school in West London is seeking a capable and articulate IT Manager to join its expanding team. This is an office-based role; you will need to work on-site 5 days per week.

In this standalone IT role you will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for all user and system issues, support staff with user issues, set up laptops, configure, install and maintain the school’s network, hardware and software, create a disaster recovery plan, implement security measures and maintain the information systems.

To be suitable for the role, you must be an accomplished IT professional with demonstrable expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server/OS. Excellent communication style is a prerequisite, alongside prior experience providing high‑quality technical support and network management.
