Head of SEO & AI Search
Independent digital agency (London, hybrid) offering salary 50-60K.
What you'll do- Lead and develop a small SEO team
- Drive strategy, roadmaps, QBRs & performance
- Partner with tech leads on migrations & major SEO projects
- Build and scale the agency's AI Search proposition (AIO, GEO, AI‑assisted workflows)
- Improve delivery processes using AI + manage internal systems
- Support onboarding, retention & new‑business opportunities
- Report directly to the MD
- Senior‑level agency SEO experience
- Strong people leadership
- Deep technical + strategic SEO expertise
- Interest in AI search and emerging workflows
- Confident communicator & strong project manager
