About the RoleAs part of the continued growth of our European Sales Operations team, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst - Data Governance to support our distribution operations team in our London office. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work with multiple data teams across the organisation to standardise datasets, align definitions and consolidate reporting into a consistent analytics framework.
The role focuses on integrating data from sources such as Salesforce and other core systems, using Power BI to model data. The role focuses on identifying trends and patterns and delivering scalable business intelligence that enhances performance analysis and insight accuracy. A core responsibility is strengthening data governance, ensuring high data quality, consistent metrics, and trusted definitions across all reporting outputs.
You will deliver robust, self‑service reporting solutions and partner closely with business partners to ensure insights are reliable, repeatable, and effectively used to drive data‑led decision‑making.
- Partner with Sales Operations business partners to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Design, build and maintain self‑service Power BI dashboards that are intuitive, visually clear and aligned to business needs.
- Proactively analyse sales data to identify trends and insights, sharing findings to support informed decision‑making.
- Maintain high standards of data governance and data quality across all reporting solutions.
- Act as a trusted data and reporting partner, continuously improving dashboards and insights based on stakeholder feedback.
- Proven ability to design, develop and optimise Power BI dashboards and solutions, bringing together data from multiple platforms to create holistic views and robust performance reporting.
- Experience in writing queries using T‑SQL or Spark SQL (Databricks).
- Ability to work with Salesforce data, including extraction, analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and master data best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear narratives.
- Ability to understand complex data ecosystems, including how multiple systems interact and the upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes.
- 30 days holiday a year with the option to buy up to 2 additional days.
