Solution/Enterprise Architect
Location:
London, UK (2 days a week from Office)
6 months contract position
JD:
* Enterprise architect with good exposure to OSS/BSS & Telecom domain
* Strong experience as a Service Now Architect / Solution Architect.
* Deep knowledge of multiple Service Now modules and platform capabilities.
* Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale Service Now solutions.
* Define end-to-end Service Now architecture for enterprise programs.
* Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
* Lead best practices across modules including TSM, TSOM/ITOM, IRM/GRC, SPM, TSM, OMT, CSM, HRSD, Sec Ops etc
* Drive platform standardization, governance, and scalable design.
* Define integrations, data models, workflows, and technical requirements
