The Role Own and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Drive customer acquisition through creative, audience and funnel testing Work closely with content teams to develop high-performing creative Analyse performance data and optimise against CPA and ROAS Manage budgets and scale what's working efficiently About You Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience Proven track record scaling paid social campaigns Data-driven with a strong commercial mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Ecommerce or consumer brand experience is a plus Why Join?
