The ideal applicant will have end-to-end QA experience within a small team, or a broad QA role in a small to medium sized business.
Company OverviewJuno People Solutions is exclusively partnering with a London based business, who due to an exciting period of growth, are looking to engage a QA Analyst within their growing IT team.
Role OverviewAs an experienced QA Analyst, you will join the IT team to help ensure the continued quality, reliability and performance of core digital platforms.
This role plays a critical part in delivering high‑quality products and system changes, both internal and customer‑facing. You will take ownership of QA and UAT activities across the change lifecycle, guaranteeing that new features, updates and integrations are thoroughly tested and delivered to the highest standard.
Working closely with developers, product owners and business stakeholders, you’ll champion a quality‑first mindset and help continuously improve testing processes, documentation and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Own QA and UAT activity across projects and system changes
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, scenarios and test cases
- Execute manual testing activities, identifying and documenting defects accurately
- Track and manage defects through to full resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners and business teams
- Clarify requirements and ensure technical outputs meet user expectations
- Support improvements to testing processes, documentation and quality standards
- Champion a structured, quality‑driven approach
- Proven experience in end to end IT QA within a small to medium sized business or a small QA team
- Strong manual testing expertise (test plans, scenarios, execution, documentation)
- Web and mobile application testing experience
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Experience operating independently and owning QA/UAT across full project lifecycle
- Experience in a regulated environment (Insurance, Banking or Financial Services)
- API testing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- ISTQB / ISEB certification
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Test automation experience (Cypress or similar)
- Load testing tools (Grafana K6 or similar)
- Browser inspection tools (e.g., Chrome Dev Tools)
- Experience with Test Rail or similar test management systems
A practical QA assessment will be included as part of the interview process.
