AI Developer – Graduate​/Intern

We’re now looking for a graduate or intern-level AI Developer to join our team, bringing curiosity, coding ability, and a self-starter attitude to real-world AI projects.

Role Overview This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, machine learning, and automation who wants to gain hands-on experience. You’ll work on building, testing, and optimising AI-driven applications, collaborating with the team but also owning independent projects. You’ll need to be proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently, with the confidence to explore new technologies and approaches.

• Support the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
• Assist in training, testing, and evaluating machine learning models.
• Work with APIs, SaaS platforms, and automation tools to integrate AI into workflows.
• Conduct research into new AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
• Document processes, code, and learnings clearly and effectively.

• Recent graduate, current student, or self-taught coder with a strong interest in AI/ML.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Basic understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, or data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and learn quickly.
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of APIs, SaaS, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable but not essential.
