We're looking for an experienced Service Now Developer to join a high-profile digital platform team supporting globally used content and partner management systems. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical applications used by internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and technically strong Service Now professional who enjoys collaborating across multiple teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality platform solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Service Now platform
Provide technical expertise and best-practice guidance on Service Now capabilities
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Plan, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements and new functionality
Develop integrations between Service Now and third-party systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience developing solutions on the Service Now platform
Strong hands-on Service Portal development experience
Excellent knowledge of:
HTML
CSS
Java Script
AngularJS
Bootstrap
JSON
REST/SOAP APIs
HTTP protocols
Experience developing Service Now integrations
Strong understanding of Service Now core platform architecture
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed teams
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience with Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM)
Experience working with Jira and Confluence
Experience with in Scrum, Agile, or SAFe delivery frameworks
Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based technologies
Certifications (Desirable)
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM) Certification
