ASAP Primary Objective To lead the content strategy across 12 defined member journeys, ensuring content is relevant, structured, and performance-optimised across digital platforms. The role will drive strategic development of a new digital experience platform (DXP) suite and support the evolution of legacy member portals.

• Lead content strategy across all 12 member journeys
• Define and maintain content frameworks and governance
• Collaborate with comms, marketing, and digital teams to align messaging and delivery
• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlogs
• Oversee CMS development and integration with marketing automation tools
• Support transition from legacy portals to new DXP suite (Website, Portal, DAM, Automation)
• Analyse journey performance and optimise content delivery
• Ensure content supports member engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Mentor junior product owners and support their development

• Proven experience in content-led product management within a membership organisation
• Strong background in Web Production/Webmaster roles
• Deep understanding of CMS platforms, DXP, and marketing automation
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability
• Analytical and performance-driven
• Comfortable managing multiple journeys and prioritising effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
