Position: IT Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Location: Greater London

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Search/Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality technology and engineering to some of the genuinely top tier organisations across the US, UK, EU and UAE.

More specifically, you will be supporting the growth of our Quant Trading and Trading Infrastructure business unit. Our current role flow is ~5 new positions per week across Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform, Security and Change. We’re looking for someone with proven experience recruiting in the Quant, FAANG or AI Infrastructure space to enable the rest of the team to focus on Business Development activities.

You will have the support to build and grow as a Delivery Consultant without pressure to move into a 360 role. A lot of our mandates are exclusive with a high growth client, you won’t usually be competing against the whole street for a fee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent research across highly competitive domains (Hedge Funds/Quant Tech firms, FAANG companies, AI Labs, and AI Infrastructure), identifying and engaging world-class technology talent
  • Build and maintain high-quality, highly targeted candidate pipelines for niche and technically complex roles (e.g. ML, distributed systems, low-latency engineering)
  • Lead detailed candidate assessments, evaluating both technical capability and alignment with high-performance client environments
  • Act as a strategic partner to consultants and clients, contributing talent insights, market intelligence, and competitor mapping to shape hiring strategies
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial engagement through to offer stage, ensuring a best-in-class, high-touch process
  • Develop long-term relationships with exceptional candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within your market
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring bar expectations
  • Deliver structured insights, reporting, and talent data to inform client decision-making and improve hiring outcomes
  • Provide expert interview preparation, feedback, and guidance to candidates navigating highly competitive processes
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and data integrity within the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of complex searches
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within technology markets, with exposure to technically complex or niche roles (e.g. software engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML)
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and manage high-calibre candidates, including passive talent in competitive markets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior and highly technical candidates
  • Highly organised, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple concurrent processes without compromising quality
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-performance environments, balancing speed with a consistently high bar for candidate quality
  • Experience managing multiple roles or searches simultaneously, with clear prioritisation and ownership of delivery outcomes
  • Commercial awareness and sound judgement when assessing candidate quality, motivation, and alignment to demanding client environments
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g. Linked In Recruiter) and ATS platforms, with the ability to use them in a targeted and strategic way
  • Comfortable working with data and maintaining high standards of pipeline accuracy and reporting
  • Genuine interest in technology and intellectual curiosity to deepen understanding of evolving markets such as AI, distributed systems, and high-performance engineering
