As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform – Integration & Intel, you will play a key role in implementing, installing, and upgrading data integration and intelligence solutions. You will work closely with customers to educate them on the solutions and support their transition to production. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implement Solutions:
  Install and upgrade data integration and intelligence solutions, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer needs.
• Educate Customers:
  Provide training and support to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the implemented solutions and drive business value.
• Support Production Transition:
  Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational challenges that may arise.
• Deliver Solutions:
  Apply your expertise to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Support Customer Success:
  Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring their continued success with the implemented solutions.
