We are seeking a talented and experienced IT and Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting, along with solid problem‑solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and network infrastructure to support our business operations, with a particular focus on ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Providing day‑to‑day support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity for all users.
- Ensuring the security of the organization’s network and systems by implementing and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols, as well as performing regular security assessments and updates.
- Managing the onboarding process by configuring and provisioning hardware, and ensuring proper user account setup and access control.
- Ensuring timely compliance of IT and network operations with industry standards and regulations, including ISO
27001, CE, CE+, ISO
20000, and others. - Facilitating knowledge‑sharing and conducting security awareness training to strengthen cybersecurity practices across the organization.
- Supporting quarterly IT inventory assessments and representing IT in cross‑functional projects to align technology with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an IT and Network Engineer or similar role, with a focus on IT infrastructure and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), firewall management, and IT security practices.
- Experience with network monitoring solutions (PRTG, Solar Winds, Zabbix) and virtualization technologies (ESXi, KVM, Hyper‑V).
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) is a plus.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA) are desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including administration and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
- Proficiency with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory (AAD), Virtual Machines, Networking, and Security management.
- Experience in cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools such as Azure Entra , Active Directory, and LDAP.
- Knowledge of endpoint management using tools like Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
- Ability to apply backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam or Acronis.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
