Job Description: As the first dedicated Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end ML function for mobile products reaching millions of users. You will translate complex business questions into production-grade models, building recommendation engines, churn prediction, and NLP solutions. This is a high-ownership role working directly with founders to shape a data-driven product culture.

• Build and deploy production-ready machine learning models including recommendation engines for matching and predictive churn frameworks.
• Apply NLP and deep learning techniques to large-scale chat and interaction data to enhance user safety and engagement.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and user segmentation models to drive product decisions and business growth.

• Approximately 3 years of hands‑on experience in Data Science with a proven track record of shipping models to production environments.
• Expert‑level Python skills including pandas, scikit‑learn, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Exceptional ability to translate vague business requirements into solvable technical problems and actionable insights without hand‑offs.
