My client is a leading Fin Tech firm looking for a Senior Technical Workday Lead to drive a global Workday implementation. This is a high‑visibility, senior‑level role within a fast‑scaling sector, requiring an individual who can bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical system architecture.

You will be the primary technical authority for a global Workday rollout, encompassing both Finance and HR modules. Beyond hands‑on technical solution design and integrations, you will provide critical leadership and mentorship to a small, focused delivery team. This role is essential for ensuring that the Workday ecosystem is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the firm’s global financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Global Implementation: Leading the end‑to‑end rollout of Workday Finance and HR modules
• Technical Design: Owning Workday integrations and the overarching technical solution design
• Leadership: Providing direct mentorship and guidance to a small, agile delivery team
• Stakeholder Management: Working closely with internal clients to deliver high‑quality, bespoke Workday solutions
