- Evaluate the effectiveness of controls across data management and records management using the Group Audit methodology
- Complete data capability assessments, continuous monitoring and planned audits
- Prepare and coordinate audit assignments and stakeholder engagements
- Draft and track audit findings through to closure validation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across governance, data quality and data lifecycle processes
- Support reporting and tracking of data and records risks
- Strong working knowledge of Data Management frameworks (governance, data quality, metadata, lineage and records management) and how they operate in practice
- Experience assessing control design and supporting evaluation of control effectiveness across data processes, systems and end-to-end data flows
- Ability to analyse data lineage and transformations, identifying risks related to completeness, accuracy and traceability
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to identify root causes and translate complex data issues into clear audit findings for stakeholders
- Proven relevant experience, including contributing to audit or structured reviews, working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments, and supporting end-to-end audit delivery
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A culture of continuous learning to aid progression
