The position is centered on modern endpoint engineering, moving away from traditional support toward a proactive, automation-first approach. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Windows and macOS devices, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the firm’s desktop environment. You will work on Tier 2/3 engineering challenges, packaging applications, and optimizing the user experience for some of the most demanding users in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining high-performance employee desktops and laptops
• Managing Windows and macOS devices using Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
• Automating deployments and system fixes using Power Shell and scripting
• Packaging and deploying critical enterprise applications
• Executing patching, system upgrades, and endpoint security protocols
• Providing advanced (Tier 2/3) desktop support and troubleshooting
• Constantly improving system reliability and the overall user experience

• Experience:
  
  Practical background in fast-paced, time-critical environments (Trading floor experience is highly desired)
• Technical Core:
  Solid Windows desktop and endpoint engineering background
• Modern Workplace:
  Familiarity with enterprise applications, virtual desktops (VDI), and user environments
• Automation:
  High level of comfort with scripting and modern deployment technologies
