Salt is exclusively working with a high growth digital commerce consultancy within the Shopify Plus ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead enterprise level expansion across strategic accounts, partnerships, and new business channels.

• Lead and deliver the company's business development and growth strategy
• Identify, pursue, and close complex enterprise opportunities in the Shopify ecosystem
• Build and nurture senior level client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Represent the business at industry events and through thought leadership
• Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, delivery, and technology teams
• Provide market insights to inform strategy and uncover emerging opportunities

• Proven track record in business development or growth leadership within eCommerce / Shopify / technology
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
• Excellent communicator with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and commercial focus
• Experience securing large scale enterprise projects or partnerships
• Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital transformation trends
