Key Requirements:
Strong background in Microsoft 365 / O365 administration Solid knowledge of Active Directory and User Lifecycle Management Comfortable supporting Windows Server environments Confident across Windows 11 and macOS user support Hands-on with 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and users Familiar with basic Networking and Security troubleshooting Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including Device Management and Policy Configuration Proven track record supporting remote and distributed teams Exposure to SME / smaller business environments Happy to work on-site and provide face-to-face support when required Nice to Have Working knowledge of SharePoint Immediate availability Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
