Senior Data Analyst London - hybrid 3x a week Up to £75,000 This is a high-impact analytics role for someone who wants to influence commercial decision-making  will sit close to senior leadership, working on insight-led projects that directly shape strategy across customer, marketing, and commercial performance. The Role Deliver hands-on, commercial customer analytics that influence senior stakeholders across the business Lead customer segmentation and behavioural analysis to understand usage, value, and lifecycle trends Analyse churn, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value to inform strategic decisions Evaluate marketing and campaign performance, measuring ROI and efficiency Work with large, complex datasets to uncover insight across customer, product, and commercial performance Present clear recommendations, actions, and next steps to senior non-technical audiences Contribute to insight-led projects exploring new data sources such as location, device, and customer service data Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience in customer analytics within a consumer or subscription-based environment Advanced SQL skills, including querying large datasets and joining multiple data sources Experience using Python and or R for analysis and insight generation Strong understanding of churn, retention, loyalty, CLTV, and marketing analytics Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insight Proactive, curious, and comfortable working autonomously in a hands-on role What They Offer Exposure to senior commercial and leadership stakeholders Ongoing investment in data and analytics with scope for future growth and progression Opportunity to shape analytics direction within a highly regarded data function
