Working as part of a high-performing agile delivery team, you'll take ownership of the product backlog and delivery roadmap, ensuring initiatives and epics are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and delivery-ready.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elaborate initiatives and epics into actionable work items.
Prioritise competing requirements to maximise value delivery across multiple agile teams.
Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile delivery cycle.
Work with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, and technical leads to maintain alignment between strategy and implementation.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across delivery and leadership teams.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on complex agile software government delivery projects.
Active SC clearance.
Confident managing backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations in fast-moving delivery settings.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams.
Experience working in cross-functional agile teams (engineering, QA, Dev Ops).
Ideally certified in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO/PSPO) or equivalent
