Position: IT Service Desk Analyst — Grow into 2nd Line Support
Location: Greater London

Nationalmuseums is seeking a motivated IT Support individual to join the Information Systems Service Desk at The National Gallery in London. In this role, you will provide first-line support to over 450 users, ensuring excellent service and efficient issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include managing incidents through the ITSM system, supporting account access, and helping with Microsoft 365 queries. This position offers a chance to grow within a dynamic team focused on important projects in IT service delivery.
