Workforce and Organisation is a core Capgemini Invent capability unit that puts people at the heart of everything we do. W&O are made up of three capability teams, including Programme & Change Acceleration (P&CA) which is the focus of this specific role. P&CA houses Capgemini Invents transformation programme delivery and change experts.

YOUR ROLE

As aConsultantin Programmeand Change Acceleration , you will contribute to the successful deliveryofcomplex clienttransformation initiatives, supporting clients across multiple sectors to implement change effectively and achieve lasting impact.

As a Consultant you will play a key role in:

• Supporting the delivery of a project workstream by taking ownership of defined tasks and developing high quality outputs and collaborating with wider team members.
• Identifying and escalate risks to project leads in a timely manner, while developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Design, establish and enhance Programme/Project Management Offices (PMOs) by supporting planning, governance, risk management, and maintaining high quality project documentation.

• Supporting change functions in large scale client transformation by producing a full range of business change deliverables (e.g., impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, process maps, hypercare governance, communication & training plans) for a client with minimum guidance.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

• Business Development Contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Internal contribution Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven track record supporting delivery ofcomplex transformation initiatives across multiple industries, withexpertisein programme and governance, stakeholdermanagementand risk management.AND/OR
• Proven track record supporting delivery of successful change management initiatives across various industries.
  
  Experience in designing and executing change management strategies,leveragingtailored communications,deliveringandfacilitatingtraining, and KPI tracking to drive adoption andrealisebusiness benefits across complex scenarios.
• Experience operating within a project workstream to deliver defined outputs, work as part of high performing teams with proven ability to work under pressure.
• Expertiseof P3MAND/OR Change Managementdelivery approaches and methodologies .

Desirable skills and/or experience:

• Hold relevant P3M qualifications

        Ofrom Axelos
      • PMQ,PPQand/orChPPfrom APM
      • PMPand/orPgMPfrom PMI
      • PROSCI or APMG qualifications
      • PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixedorganisation, and to support peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
• Experienceofpropositionbuilding and delivery.
• Already hold or, willing and eligible to obtain (within 6 months), UK security vetting status of Security Check (SC).
