Working Hours:
Full-time, 5 days onsite We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a 3-month contract based in London. This role involves providing second-line support, including hardware fixes and staff support, in a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based systems. Provide direct support to staff, ensuring efficient operation of IT resources. Manage system setups and configurations using Microsoft Intune. Maintain and update IT documentation and system logs. Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and provide solutions to IT-related problems. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a second-line IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
