West Midlands (Onsite) Salary: £40,000  Benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salesforce Developer | Salesforce Engineer | Salesforce Consultant 167 Solutions is partnering with a growing organisation in the West Midlands seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their in-house technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys developing scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud whilst working closely with stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, enhancement and support of the Salesforce platform, helping drive business efficiency and customer experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Build and support solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs Configure and enhance Flows, Process Automation and custom business logic Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce applications Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices Support platform releases, deployments and change management activities Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs Work alongside administrators, analysts and business users to continuously improve platform functionality Contribute to platform governance, security and optimisation initiatives Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong knowledge of:
Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Lightning Platform Experience across:
Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security and sharing architecture Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release management processes Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working within Agile delivery environments Desirable Skills Salesforce Platform Developer I certification Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

Experience with Experience Cloud

Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Knowledge of Dev Ops tools such as Git, Azure Dev Ops or Copado

Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS Exposure to Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automation Studio and integrations Personal Attributes Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and best practice Collaborative team player with a proactive approach Passionate about Salesforce technology and continuous learning Benefits Competitive salary
