Service Now Developer
12 month contract - Inside IR35
£600-700 per day DOE
Mostly remote
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Now Developer to join a global technology organisation within a Partner Platform team. This platform is used worldwide by content providers to manage and deliver digital content, including media and entertainment assets. The role is a 12 month contract to begin with, inside IR35. It is offered mostly remote with the team only attending the london office twice per month.
You must have the full right to work in the UK to apply for this role
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and comfortable collaborating with both local and remote teams.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate proven development and implementation experience across the Service Now platform
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
- Engage with stakeholders in a consultative and influential manner
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Plan, estimate, and scope platform changes
- Design, build, and implement enhancements to the platform
- 5+ years of Service Now development experience
- Strong experience with Service Portal development
- Experience with Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working under project deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Service Now development experience (3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal
- Solid background in web technologies including HTML, Angular
JS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, and REST/SOAP - Experience with Service Now integrations
- Ability to work in Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Service Now Customer Service Management module
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Service Now Certified Application Developer
- Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM)
