About the Role

An ERP Manager at Enfuse is accountable for leading end‑to‑end ERP‑enabled transformation engagements, overseeing delivery quality, stakeholder relationships, and value realisation.

They operate confidently across business process design, operating model change, technology implementation, and adoption, ensuring ERP programmes deliver tangible outcomes rather than just system deployment.

Alongside client delivery, they contribute to the growth and maturity of the Transformation & Delivery capability, developing consultants, strengthening methods, and shaping future ERP propositions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end ERP‑enabled transformation engagements.
  • Oversee delivery quality, stakeholder relationships, and value realisation.
  • Operate across business process design, operating model change, technology implementation, and adoption.
  • Ensure ERP programmes deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the Transformation & Delivery capability.
  • Develop consultants, strengthen methods, and shape future ERP propositions.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in management consulting, ERP implementation, or large‑scale business transformation.
  • Proven experience leading complex ERP programmes or work streams with accountability for delivery outcomes.
  • Strong experience across the full ERP lifecycle (discovery, design, build, test, deploy, embed).
  • Experience working in client‑facing environments, engaging senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience managing and developing Senior Consultants and Consultants on live engagements.
  • Demonstrable experience ensuring ERP programmes drive operational change and measurable value.
ERP Capability (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of how ERP systems underpin finance, supply chain, HR, or operational processes.
  • Experience leading business process design and alignment during ERP transformation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP‑enabled solutions.
  • Experience shaping or overseeing work involving ERP platforms (e.g. Unit 4, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
  • Process harmonisation and global template design.
  • Data migration and data governance.
  • Testing strategy and deployment planning.
  • Change management and user adoption.
Delivery & Stakeholder Leadership (Essential)
  • Take full ownership of delivery quality, pace, and outcomes.
  • Plan and manage delivery across multiple work streams, risks, and dependencies.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at Manager, Director, and Executive level.
  • Facilitate workshops, steer decision‑making, and manage challenging conversations.
  • Ensure value realisation and adoption, not just system implementation.
People Leadership & Development (Essential)
  • Line‑manage and coach consultants, supporting performance and progression.
  • Provide clear direction and role‑modeling on engagements.
  • Create high‑performing, inclusive delivery teams.
  • Contribute to capability development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and method refinement.
Desirable
  • Sector experience in Travel & Transport, Retail & Hospitality, Public Sector, or Higher Education.
  • Experience delivering ERP transformation within complex, multi‑entity organisations.
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled ERP capabilities or intelligent automation integration.
  • Experience contributing to bids, proposals, or ERP solution shaping.
