Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Commercial Pharma operations and a strong understanding of AI-driven analytics solutions. This role will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and AI/BI solution architects to drive data modernization, intelligent automation, and advanced insights across commercial functions. The candidate will play a strategic role in shaping how AI augments decision-making, operational efficiency, and reporting within the organization.

• Strong functional knowledge and experience in data and analytics
• Strong Pharma Commercials experience
• Ability to collaborate with business product owners and users to understand data and analytics

• Strong understanding of agile methodology and ability to convert business requirements into
• Implementation ready Epics and user stories
• Hands‑on knowledge with data querying, data analysis, data mining, reporting and analytics will be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
