Digital Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, simplification, and enhanced customer outcomes
• Support end-to-end delivery of changes, from scoping and requirement elaboration to development, testing, release, and post implementation support and evaluation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, IT, Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure robust, compliant and customer-centric solutions

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital domain with Agile experience and expertise
• Hands‑on experience of Jira and Confluence, along with essential experience with My Work Space and Browser Main Menu systems would be advantageous as well as experience with AI tools such as Copilot/Productivity Suite for writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong process improvement skills, with a track record of delivering tangible benefits
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and share complex information concisely
• A tenacious, proactive approach with experience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities concurrently
• Having knowledge of servicing processes e.g. mandates, user management etc
