Salesforce Life Science Business Architect
Location: London / Manchester / Birmingham / Leeds
Salary: Competitive salary and package dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities- Life Sciences Expertise – Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including its key processes, challenges, and regulatory landscape.
- Consulting & Advisory Skills – Ability to lead client conversations, shape strategic thinking, and deliver business outcome‑focused solutions.
- Discovery & Design Leadership – Experience planning and facilitating discovery, design, and transformation workshops to define business needs and solution approaches.
- Business Value Assessment – Skilled at identifying, quantifying, and communicating business value and making structured, evidence‑based recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships across all business levels.
- Salesforce & Ecosystem Knowledge – Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences CRM, Veeva Vault, Health Cloud, IQVIA, and Data Cloud integration (including Agentforce use cases).
- AI & Innovation Mindset – Understanding of how AI can enhance design thinking, delivery, and transformation; active engagement with Salesforce and ecosystem partners.
- Deep knowledge of Life Sciences business processes and challenges.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions (Veeva CRM, Sales & Service Cloud and a knowledge of Life Sciences Cloud capabilities).
- Strong understanding of how to apply Salesforce innovations (including Agentforce) to reimagine business processes.
- Skills in process design, journey mapping, personas, requirements gathering and value case creation.
- Experience in defining strategies for large‑scale, global Salesforce implementations and migrations, including coordination across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring, innovation, and delivering client impact.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Life Sciences industry expertise – a strong grasp of sector trends, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic consulting and advisory – helping clients define their vision, challenge existing thinking, and shape transformation strategies.
- Leadership and team development – guiding cross‑functional teams and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
- Discovery and design excellence – planning and leading workshops that uncover client needs and translate them into actionable solution designs.
- Business value identification – assessing opportunities, quantifying impact, and developing structured, insight‑driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder and client engagement – building trusted relationships and communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Analytical and creative problem solving – thriving in fast‑paced, dynamic settings that require both critical thinking and innovation.
- Understanding of Life Sciences CRM Offerings including Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Science CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, and IQVIA.
- Understanding of Data Cloud and the role it plays with Agentforce and Life Science Cloud.
- Experience with bringing AI into the delivery life cycle, for example enabling stronger design thinking through using AI to expand and challenge ideas.
- Actively managing relationships with Salesforce and ecosystem partners community participation and contributions.
