We now need to grow our team, and we are looking for a Senior Enablement Lead who shares our enthusiasm to support clients to build a single customer view and integrate that with customer activation platforms or other data platforms for analysis.

DATA COLLECTION
1. Data layer strategy, design and implementation
2. Tag management strategy, deployment and maintenance
3. Analytics strategy, implementation and insights support

DATA ACTIVATION
4. Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution and insights support
5. Personalisation strategy, execution and insights support

The Role Right now we are looking for really exceptional candidates for a substantial leadership position within DMPG, driving forward data collection with our most exciting clients . We are temporarily losing one of our senior client enablement leads to maternity leave and as such a big opportunity has emerged to support the growth of the business. Enablement Lead is perhaps the role we find hardest to recruit for, but for the right person it is an entirely unique opportunity to map out & implement a digital landscape for prominent global businesses, with DMPG’s deep and easily tapped pool of expertise at your disposal and our complete backing for whichever paths you choose.

While extensive experience with Adobe Analytics & an evident appetite for learning are the more obvious essentials here, to succeed in this role you need to also enjoy managing complex projects and communicating your vision to decision makers who typically know less than you about the subject and might initially be quite sceptical.

While
** Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics is the core technology within this role,
** the Client Enablement Leads typically manage multifaceted projects and must have a good working understanding of all DMPG services. These supplemental skills are desirable but can be developed on the job where there is sufficient  this role you will report to the Head of Enablement Team, who will support you on all client tasks and ensure you’re getting the best possible support from the team to deliver for your clients & accelerate your career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
● Being the primary interface for our clients running their work streams as per 6 core services listed above. We predominantly support those services via Adobe technology (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign), with Google-stack clients managed by a mostly distinct wing of the business.
