** About the role
** In your role as Dev Ops & Security Engineer you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to assist in the development, build automation and security processes for the in-house developed solutions. The role involves maintaining and building CI/CD pipelines, enhancing automation test frameworks, and monitor & improve release processes.
The role is essential in ensuring our development functions continue to be able to deliver high quality solutions in a repeatable, error free manner.  
** What you will be doing
** As a trusted part of the Operations team you will be responsible for:

* Collecting, analysing, and documenting technical/operational requirements from key IMS stakeholders.
* Implementing automation for IMS processes.
* Maintaining and improve software release and deployment processes.
* Knowledge share across the team with some mentoring from more senior member.
* Participating in team workshops.

To be successful in the role you will have experience with:

* Azure Dev Ops Pipelines and CI / CD
* Atlassian Confluence, Jira and other associated products

* Languages:

Power Shell / Python / C# / SQL   Desirable experience with:

* Cloud deployments to Microsoft products (Fabric, Synapse, Azure) or other
* Cloud deployments to Snowflake
* Testing frameworks & Testing tools (Xray, Zephyr etc.)
* Power BI Reporting and deployments
* Application security tools (Sonar Qube, Git Hub Security etc.)
* Scheduling Systems (preferably JAMS)
* Expected to produce clear, concise, maintainable code.
* Ability to share knowledge and relevant technical experience.
