Job Type: Fixed‑term contract

• Implementation, design and architecture of complex IAM solutions for large‑scale customers across various industry verticals.
• Play an active role in project execution, demonstrating strong technical leadership.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of market trends and competition.
• Understand client business, map requirements into IAM solutions, and proactively suggest alternatives as needed.
• Be a strong team player.

• Experience in architecting, designing and implementing at least two of the following OIM/OAM Identity and Access Management solutions:
  Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least a few of the following directories:
  Oracle Internet Directory / Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory, Tivoli Directory Server, NetIQ / Novell eDirectory Server.
• Experience and exposure in RBAC, compliance solutions and access certification solutions is an added advantage.
• Experience working with Application Servers (Web Logic, Web Sphere) or developing J2EE products; ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements (including integration situations) and to suggest solutions.
• Good knowledge of current IDM, strong authentication and PKI technologies and products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts.

• Knowledge of any IDAM product such as IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Access Manager, NetIQ Identity Manager.

• 8–12 years of strong IAM implementation experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer‑facing exposure is a must.
• CISSP certification is a bonus.
