Our hybrid working approach provides flexibility to work both in the office and  should come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand expectations for your role and team.

What you’ll do
  • Create clear, simple, and user-focused content across web and app journeys.
  • Turn business requirements and UX ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand copy.
  • Regularly edit and refine content to keep it accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Work closely with UX, UI, Product, Legal, and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Develop different content variations to support testing, optimisation, and personalisation.
  • Follow content standards, tone of voice, and accessibility best practices.
  • Take part in design critiques, peer reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Keep content documentation up to date, including reusable patterns and components.
  • Support end-to-end content delivery for new features, updates, and releases.
  • Use data, research, and insights to improve content performance and customer outcomes.
Who you are
  • Solid experience in digital copywriting, content design, or UX writing.
  • Good understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and responsive design.
  • Able to take complex information and make it simple and clear for a wide audience.
  • Comfortable working as part of cross-functional digital teams.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (like WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience using research, analytics, or A/B testing to improve and iterate content.
  • Ideally has a background in telecoms, digital services, or other customer-focused industries.
