As the Sitecore Practice Lead
, you will define and drive the strategic direction for delivering exceptional digital experiences using the Sitecore Digital Experience Platform (DXP). Your role will involve leading a team of optimization experts, architects, and developers to design, implement, and continuously improve Sitecore-powered solutions.

With a focus on personalization, experimentation, and data-driven optimization, you will ensure our clients fully leverage the capabilities of the Sitecore platform to achieve their business goals. You’ll be a hands‑on leader, balancing strategic vision with operational delivery and championing innovation in digital experience optimization.

• Oversee the setup and configuration of Sitecore features such as experimentation, personalization, and analytics.

• Champion a data-driven approach to optimization, leveraging A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during Sitecore projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
