We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to support a critical function focused on safety, performance and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in shaping how these priorities are communicated across a diverse, global workforce.

This is a highly visible, autonomous role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders and turn complex, technical topics into clear, compelling content that drives engagement and real impact.

• Deliver internal communications strategies aligned to business priorities
• Create engaging content that brings complex topics to life
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms
• Partner with senior leaders and global stakeholders
• Use data and insights to continuously improve engagement

• Experience in internal or corporate communications
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing campaigns and internal stakeholders
• A proactive, self-starting approach
