The Senior Salesforce Administrator will take ownership of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is secure, optimised, and aligned to business needs. You will manage user access, data integrity, and system configuration, while translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions. Acting as a key bridge between business and technical teams, you will oversee releases, uphold best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the platform.

This role also includes mentoring team members and supporting high‑quality, reliable day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic delivery.

• Own and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring security, performance, and data integrity.
• Configure system settings and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Manage user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute platform releases and updates.
• Provide first‑class support to internal stakeholders and resolve incidents.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.

• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration.
• Experience with platform configuration, automation, and data management.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
