With fresh initiatives, new customer experiences, and ambitious plans on the horizon, they're looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Executive to join the team and play a key role in the journey.

Working closely with the Head of Digital
, you'll be at the heart of the brand's customer engagement strategy, supporting digital marketing campaigns, CRM activity, customer communications, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels.

• Supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across key channels
• Building and executing CRM campaigns across email and SMS
• Helping drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
• Managing and optimising customer journeys and digital touchpoints
• Supporting customer communications and feedback management
• Analysing campaign performance and customer insights to inform future activity
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement
• A proactive, hands up approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in customer behaviour, loyalty, and brand growth
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership
• A positive attitude and desire to learn, develop, and grow with the business
