Position: Senior Business Analyst - Payments & SaaS Solutions
A leading Fin Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of connected banking, working closely with banks and businesses to deliver innovative payment solutions within a cloud-based ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business, user, operational and regulatory requirements. Translate product goals into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering and QA teams across the full delivery lifecycle. Define system behaviours, integrations, APIs and data flows. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support high-profile client engagements. Ensure requirements are clear, testable and traceable in a regulated environment.

Key Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a software, fintech or financial services environment. Strong experience delivering payments-related solutions, including domestic and cross-border payments. Solid understanding of FX (foreign exchange) processes, payment flows and treasury/banking operations. Experience gathering and documenting complex business and regulatory requirements. Ability to work across both discovery and delivery phases of digital product development.

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
