Trajectory

As Head of Technical Deployment EMEA, you will own the full lifecycle of how Planhat deploys for its most complex customers:

  • Manage, grow, and coach your team of Technical Deployment Specialists

  • Design and evolve the end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to integration, configuration, and go‑live

  • Build repeatable frameworks: playbooks, templates, and scalable processes to drive quality and speed

  • Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales, and Product to align customer deployment strategy with business goals

  • Act as a technical architect in complex deployments, integrating with customer data systems, building automations, and ensuring robust data flows

  • Lead process improvements to reduce deployment time, optimize resource utilization, and boost customer satisfaction

  • Track and report on deployment metrics: team capacity, utilization, customer outcomes, and deployment velocity

You are measured by the quality of the team you build, the processes you put in place, and the outcomes you create for customers at scale.

  • You have built a high-performing team of Technical Deployment Specialists that consistently delivers technically sophisticated, high-impact solutions

  • You have defined and implemented a deployment methodology that is repeatable, scalable, and raises the standard across every customer engagement

  • You are consistently reducing deployment time and improving customer satisfaction through process improvements and hands‑on leadership

  • You are seen as the technical authority on complex deployments, trusted by both customers and internal teams to resolve the hardest problems

  • You are growing the next generation of technical leaders within your team, creating career paths and development opportunities that retain top talent
