Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support - Expert in London for a 10-month contract role. The successful candidate will act as the first line of contact for IT issues, managing resolutions efficiently within service levels.
Ideal applicants will have experience in IT helpdesk support, troubleshooting capabilities, and familiarity with ITSM tools. The shift work features hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM. A strong focus on communication and customer service is required.
