Position: Cloud Support Engineer / IT Support - SW
Cloud Support Engineer London | Circa £40,000 - £45,000 | Office-based with occasional travel Looking for a role where you can do more than just clear tickets? We're working with a small, growing MSP that's looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to play a key role across client support, cloud infrastructure, networking and day-to-day service delivery. You'll be working closely with experienced engineers and the Managing Director, supporting a variety of client environments across Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure and security.

It's a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to improve systems, contribute ideas and make a genuine impact. What you'll be doing Supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud environments Managing and troubleshooting networking and firewall issues Supporting infrastructure, security and endpoint technologies Acting as an escalation point for more complex technical issues Helping improve processes, documentation and service delivery Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their requirements Assisting with the coordination of engineering activities and internal projects What they're looking for Previous MSP, helpdesk or IT support experience Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows administration skills Good understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure

Experience with networking and firewalls (Forti Gate would be ideal) Knowledge of Conditional Access and SharePoint Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues

Experience with MDM platforms or Power BI would be beneficial but isn't essential. Why apply?
