NetSuite Integration and Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced Net Suite Systems & Integrations Analyst to join their growing business.

This is a hands‑on role focused on owning and stabilising the Net Suite environment within a fast‑paced organisation.

You will work across Net Suite and the wider systems landscape, including integrations, fulfilment providers, and other third‑party tools. The role is highly execution‑focused, with an emphasis on keeping systems reliable, improving existing processes, and ensuring data accuracy across the business.

Key

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience working with Net Suite in a functional or systems support role
• Strong understanding of core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite administration, including workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting system integrations and data flows between Net Suite and third‑party platforms
• Familiarity with eCommerce and operational systems such as Shopify, WMS, or fulfilment tools
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a focus on system stability and data integrity

Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day support and maintenance of the Net Suite system
• Monitor and resolve system and integration issues across Net Suite and connected platforms
• Ensure key finance and operational processes are running accurately and efficiently within Net Suite
• Maintain and improve workflows, reports, saved searches, and dashboards
• Support integration stability between Net Suite and third‑party systems (eCommerce, fulfilment, logistics)
• Identify and resolve data issues, ensuring accuracy across systems
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Digital teams to support business needs
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements without over‑engineering solutions

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in the London)
