Location: Greater London
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP implementation specialist to lead end-to-end digital transformation programs for supply chain planning. You will work across design, development, testing, training, and hyper‑care, collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑value, technology‑enabled solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs – from process template definition to implementation.
- Participate in project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training and Hyper‑care.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution architecture, and develop efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP.
- Implement and customize SAP IBP modules to meet business requirements.
- Support key user training and provide ongoing support for SAP IBP usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve technical issues, maintain knowledge‑management repository, and optimize test suite after go‑live.
- Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to address technical issues and ensure system stability and uptime.
- Integrate SAP IBP with other enterprise systems to streamline data flow.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in supply chain planning projects with a focus on SAP IBP implementation.
- Lifecycle implementation experience on SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, S&OP).
- For support‑only experience: minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP modules:
Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower. - Technical knowledge in solution design, technical integration, and development activities for SAP IBP modules.
- Experience with SAP APO modules and integration methodologies is an advantage.
- Certification in SAP IBP is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations for workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and resilience.
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for a range of audiences.
