Founded in 2015, our client is a global Legal Tech business and one of the pioneers in applying AI to the legal industry. With ~450 employees globally and plans to double in size this year, they have raised over $165M in funding, including a recent $75M Series C led by a major global investor. The business has grown to ~$50M ARR and is on track to reach $100M ARR by the end of the year.
Their AI platform is used by enterprise legal and commercial teams to manage the entire contract lifecycle — from contract drafting and negotiation through to risk review, compliance, and post-signature analysis. Large enterprises use the platform to manage thousands of contracts across multiple jurisdictions, reducing manual work, increasing compliance, and giving businesses visibility over legal and commercial risk.

What You’ll GetThis is a key hire into a growing sales team, working closely with senior leadership in a high-growth AI business.
- Uncapped commission:
Double OTE year 1 - 150% OTE year 2 - London office (Fitzrovia) – 3 days per week
- Opportunity to sell a complex AI Legal Tech platform into global enterprise clients
- Run a full sales cycle on enterprise AI Legal Tech deals
- Sell into enterprise organisations across the UK and globally (>£250m ARR companies)
- Engage with Legal and Procurement stakeholders
- Run product demos and proof-of-value trials
- Work closely with leadership to help scale the go-to-market function
- Hit monthly targets including meetings and proof-of-value trials
- 3+ years successful Ent AE background with 100%+ attainment and progression
- Comfortable running managing complex sales processes
- Experience selling Legal Tech, Reg Tech, or other complex SaaS platforms
- Experience selling into Legal, Procurement, or enterprise stakeholders
- Experience in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment
